I am a small business owner, just like you. I understand the challenge of trying to juggle all the hats you're asked to wear. I have an expert-level knowledge of all areas of small business from my time as an owner AND as a Business Advisor for the Indiana Small Business Development Center, hosted by the SBA. I don't just "keep your books." I provide guidance and insight into any areas of your business that you lack training and confidence. I am an all-around business coach, disguised as a bookkeeper...and priced at a bookkeeper level. I specialize in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Self-Employed. I currently hold a QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification. I work virtually, so I can take clients from anywhere in the country.
I started Penny Tracker because I've watched so many entrepreneurs struggle with their financial tracking, organizational workflow, and strategic planning. Most could make so much more money if they knew where their finances stood and could focus their energy on the things that generate profit. I seek to make financial tracking simple for small business owners.
I offer all levels of support-- 1) If you want to DIY it, but would like some help in getting your books set-up or cleaned up and get some training...I would love the opportunity to work with you! I have been teaching QuickBooks for over 6 years. 2) If you would like a hybrid approach...where you do most of the work in QBO, but I review your file on a regular basis and identify issues before they become time-consuming problems...I've got a subscription package for that. 3) If you don't want to have to touch your financials so you can work in the areas of business you enjoy and make you the most profit...I'm your girl! I'll wear the financial tracking hat on your behalf and make sure you stay up to speed and fully understand where you stand financially.
